UNE HISTOIRE PIONNI\u00c8RE QUI COMMENCE EN 1973<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Les origines de l\u2019entreprise remontent aux ann\u00e9es 70, alors que la famille Giraldo dirigeait une \u00e9picerie \u00e0 Vitoria. La vision du commerce, li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019esprit entrepreneurial, a men\u00e9 au pari de la sp\u00e9cialisation dans le cabillaud en changeant la fa\u00e7on de le percevoir depuis le d\u00e9but : la p\u00eache et le sel ; on est pass\u00e9 des bateaux nationaux qui restaient des mois \u00e0 p\u00eacher et \u00e0 saler le poisson \u00e0 bord, et \u00e0 offrir du cabillaud aux clients, aux petits bateaux qui p\u00eachaient \u00e0 l\u2019hame\u00e7on dans les eaux pures d\u2019Islande et des \u00celes F\u00e9ro\u00e9, o\u00f9 fut cr\u00e9\u00e9 ce qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 par les experts comme le meilleur cabillaud au monde, l\u2019authentique Gadus Morhua. Ces petits bateaux rentraient tous les jours au port pour d\u00e9charger leurs prises, commen\u00e7ant le processus de salage imm\u00e9diatement. Commen\u00e7ait ainsi une marche qui offrait un nouveau cabillaud, plus moderne, plus juteux et avec une garantie d\u2019excellente qualit\u00e9. La prochaine \u00e9tape r\u00e9volutionnaire fut d\u2019offrir le cabillaud d\u00e9j\u00e0 dessal\u00e9, enlevant ce probl\u00e8me au client qui obtenait un produit pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre cuisin\u00e9.<\/p>\n
