UMA HIST\u00d3RIA PIONEIRA COM IN\u00cdCIO EM 1973<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As origens da empresa remontam aos anos 70, quando a fam\u00edlia Giraldo dirigia uma mercearia em Vit\u00f3ria. A vis\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cio aliada ao esp\u00edrito empreendedor, levou \u00e0 aposta na especializa\u00e7\u00e3o no bacalhau, mudando a forma de entender o bacalhau desde o in\u00edcio: a pesca e o salgamento; passou-se dos barcos nacionais, que pescavam e salgavam o pescado a bordo durante meses, \u00e0 oferta ao cliente do bacalhau pescado a anzol pelos barcos pequenos nas \u00e1guas puras da Isl\u00e2ndia e das Ilhas Faro\u00e9 onde, segundo os peritos, existe o melhor bacalhau do mundo, o aut\u00eantico Gadus Morhua. Estes pequenos barcos regressam diariamente ao porto, onde descarregam o pescado capturado, dando in\u00edcio imediato ao processo de salgamento. Iniciava-se, assim, uma trajet\u00f3ria que oferecia um novo bacalhau, mais moderno, mais suculento e com a garantia de excelente qualidade. O seguinte passo da revolu\u00e7\u00e3o passou pela oferta do bacalhau j\u00e1 dessalgado, eliminando um problema ao cliente, que passa a receber um produto pronto a cozinhar.<\/p>\n
